Do you offer trial memberships?
You can cancel your membership within 14 days and receive a full refund.
Can my friend use my membership?
Sorry no, we offer group memberships for members of the same household only.
How do I add members to my group membership?
If you would like to include members of your household over the age of 15 in your membership, please fill out this form. Doing this will give them independent access. If you provide an email address, the member will have access via mobile phone. Members without a phone can purchase a physical key using the same form above.
How do I get into the gym?
The fastest way is to use your mobile phone. This option is included with your membership. After selecting and purchasing a membership, you will get an email invitation from our security vendor, "Kisi". Just follow that email to install and login into their mobile phone app. Contact us if you have any issues
